Because JoKiwi currently operates through inquiries and quotes, return terms are confirmed before an order is finalized. Retail-ready products, samples, custom pieces, and wholesale assortments may have different conditions.

Eligible returns generally require the item to be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Earrings, personalized items, custom packaging, private-label goods, and made-to-order products may be final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a product arrives damaged or materially different from the approved quote, contact JoKiwi with photos, packaging details, and order information so the team can review replacement, repair, credit, or refund options.

Wholesale and custom orders are governed by the approved quote, sample approval, production terms, and export/shipping agreement for that order.
