Choose dimensions before you approve the variant.
Use product-level measurements wherever available and include the intended fit in your inquiry, especially for rings, bracelets, chains, and fitted presentation boxes.

Ring sizing
- Use a ring that already fits and measure its inside diameter across the center, or ask a jeweler to size the intended finger.
- Measure at normal room temperature and avoid measuring immediately after exercise or when hands are unusually cold or swollen.
- Wide bands can feel tighter than narrow bands. State the band width and intended fit when requesting a recommendation.
- JoKiwi ring assortment requirements preserve US sizes 6, 7, and 8 where those variants are listed; confirm the exact product code for each size.
Necklaces and chains
Chain length is measured end to end, including the clasp. Pendant drop, pendant dimensions, chain width, and extender length are separate measurements. Confirm whether the selected variant includes a chain.
Bracelets
Measure the wrist where the bracelet will sit, then add ease according to the desired fit and design. Rigid bangles require hand and knuckle clearance; tennis and chain bracelets require a secure but comfortable allowance.
Earrings and other dimensions
Earring drop, post length, hoop diameter, pendant dimensions, and stone measurements should be read separately. Earrings are quoted as pairs unless the specification explicitly says otherwise.
Measurement tolerance
Hand finishing and production methods can create small measurement differences. If a dimension is critical, include the acceptable tolerance in the written quotation and sample approval.
